Project involves the study of current and reserve capacity of Eastpointe resevoir capacity and possible expanded utilization of Eastpointe, Roseville and Fraser that would result in benefitin lower rates from adjusting consumption to balance peak demand rate incentives from the Detroit Water and Sewer System. Update: Roseville has approved the City Enginners (AEW) begin a water study to begin the process. (Jan 2013)
Update: Roseville City Enginners (AEW) are currently evaluating the data to provide final report to city. (Jan 2014) Estimated date issue final report to cities is due early spring of 2014. No problems with the collaboration have been encountered. The engineering has been slowed by minor water issues with the systems involved.
Update: For Eastpointe it must wait until the Roseville information is received and rely upon their progress.
