Description
Wayne County is party to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Wyandotte (City) to provide the County with access and fuel from the City's fueling station for the benefit of the County's Downriver Wastewater Treatment Facility (DWTF). The City fueling station is located within one mile of the DWTF and the close proximity provides efficiencies to the County on fuel cost (significantly below market) and labor time by using the City's fueling station in lieu of County facilities that are not in close proximity to the DWTF.
