The City of Center Line has contracted with the City of Troy for the maintenance of Center Line's heavy DPW and fire equipment. Troy mechanics have since repaired several pieces of Center Line's equipment, including major repairs on its DPW Vactor truck, at prices substantially below the cost of comparable commercial repair services. No bariers or obstacles were anticipated or encountered in this shared services project.

Center Line continues to utilize the City of Troy for maintenance of its heavy equipment. The quality of the work is excellent, the turnaround time is quick, and the costs are lower than otherwise available.
