Description
Land Bank and City of Flint have jointly applied for a $5million grant for blight elimination through demolition. Three areas of the City of Flint were proposed for attention. These areas were centered around school buildings which are neighborhood stabilizers.
Demolition Grant was funded. Also, the City and Landbank submitted a grant request for $25 million federal "Hardest Hit" Funds and $20.1 million was awarded through MHSDA.
