TEXAS SCHOOLS: The 2020 - 2022 Statewide Financial Detail records have been uploaded. The 2022 Fiscal Scores have been calcuated and the Texas Directory has been updated accordingly.
PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOLS: The statewide 2022 financial detail data has been imported. The 2022 Fiscal Scores have been calculated. The Pennsylvania School Directory has been updated and sorted by 2022 Fiscal Scores in descending order.
WISCONSIN SCHOOLS: The 2022 statewide Annual Financial Report data (AFR) has been uploaded. The 2022 Fiscal Scores have been calculated and the Wisconsin School Directory has been updated.
NEW MEXICO SCHOOLS & MUNICIPALITIES: The Census Bureau 2021 demographic estimates have been uploaded. For School Districts this will populate your School Improvement Plan analysis charts. For municipalities this will update your Community Demographic charts. An additional metric has been added for the Percent of Population with School Age Children.

If you had previoulsy loaded data for 2022 it has been moved to Scenario "D". You may decide to delete Scenario "D" if it is no longer needed. Statewide Fiscal Scores have been calculated.
WASHINGTON STATE SCHOOLS: The 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022 state assessment proficiency scores have been updated. The state assessment was not administered in 2020 & 2021.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: A new transparency header, 98c Learning Loss Plan, has been added to the Budget and Salary Compensation Transparency Reporting Section. If you are receiving 98c funding, MDE requires that you post your 98c Learning Loss Plan. To access the header, select Manage Documents, then 98c Learning Loss Plan, and upload your plan.

MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The Census Poverty Percent values have been updated through 2023. These values are used for your Title I, Part A allocations. The values appear along with your Economically Disadvantaged Percents in the Munetrix Census Poverty chart in the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) app.
WISCONSIN SCHOOLS: The 2021 - 2022 Wisconsin State Assessment (Forward) data has been loaded.
PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOLS: The 2012 - 2021 Revenues, Expenditures and Fund Balance Financial Data has been updated. The State Equalization Revenue per Pupil values have been calculated (Foundation Allowance). Fiscal Scores have been calculated through 2021.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2023 Foundation Allowance and Enrollment have been loaded. These values were pulled from the October State Aid Report. Your 2023 Annual Data record was tagged as hidden because no other information exists yet for the current school year. If you had previously entered a 2023 Budget, the Hidden tag remains as you had it previously set.
SCHOOL TRANSPARENCY DOCUMENT ISSUES: We are currently experiencing a global issue with the visibility of transparency documents to the public, accessible through the transparency reporting icon on the district website. Transparency documents can be accessed by users who login to the system. Our engineering team is working to resolve this issue just as quickly as possible. CENSUS DEMOGRAPHICS: The 2018 and 2019 Census Demographic data have been updated for all Municipalities and School Districts. OHIO SCHOOLS: The District-level enrollment has been updated for Ohio School DIstricts through the 2021-2022 school year.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: Your aggregate 2021 data have been updated for Dashboard and School Board report presentations. Updates include: Benefits as a Percent of Salaries, Headcount, Pupil to Staff Ratios, State Assessment results, etc. The detailed Transportation expenditure data has been updated to the latest 2020 data.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2020 - 2021 Statewide FID files have been loaded for Revenues, Expenditures and Balance Sheet accounts. The 2021 Fiscal Scores have been calculated.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2021-2022 Blended Enrollment and Foundation Allowance values have been updated. These values were entered from the November 2021 State Aid Report.
USER ROLES and Permissions: The user roles and permissions have been updated for all users to provided enhanced security measures. This update should have a minimal to no effect on user access. Municipal Users: All user permissions have been updated. User roles may be updated and/or reassigned based on new user roles added such as Municipal Management and HR Editor. User permissions may have been updated based on a particular role.
School Users: All user roles have been updated or reassigned including new roles such Regional Administrator (for ISD level users), District Administrator, Building Administrator, Academic Editor, and Teacher which replaced the prior Academic Achievement Role. Additional permissions may have been updated based on a specific user role.
The Building Administrator Role will be limited to seeing only building, teacher and student level data in Student Growth Explorer (SGX), and only students in their building in the Student Master List in Student Reporting and Administration. The Needs Assessment app is not affected by the roles/permission changes.
The Teacher Role will be limited to seeing only Teacher and Student level reports in the Student Growth Explorer (SGX). The Teacher role will only have visibility to students who are or have been rostered to the teacher for the current year and/or past years in the Student Reporting and Administration Apps.

Michigan Schools: the 2019 statewide financial FID data has been loaded for all ISDs, Districts, and PSAs. New this year includes the Building-level datails for Expenditures and Grant Codes. The statewide Munetrix Fiscal Scores have been calcualted for all LEAs and PSAs.
The Statewide Michgan Municipal Taxable Value data for 2019 has been loaded. As you know, this is one year out of sync (early) as it relates to your your tax revenue, which is consistent with the way the MI Treasury implemented the Fiscal Scoring metric back in the day. MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2019 Blended Enrollment count and 2019 Foundation Allowances have been loaded from the 1/22/2019 State Aid Report. You might consider registering for our 2018 Year-in-Review webinar on January 31 where we will be analyzing the 2019 numbers as well as the statewide 2018 FID data.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2018 statewide FID files have been loaded. We have saved any 2018 records you may have entered. These records will be found in 2018 Scenario "D".

MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: We have updated the data for the percent of student graduates who have achieved 24 college credits (in 12, 16, 24 & 36 months). We added the most recent year (2015-2016) and updated the values for the others (2013, 2014 & 2015). You can view the analysis in your Peer Group Academic Achievement reports.
Upload Functionality Under Maintenance: The system's upload capability for documents and signatures is currently under maintenance. Functionality should return by 5/15/18.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE - May 10-13, 2018: We are making some server upgrades to improve system performance and security. To do this we need to put our system into read-only mode from Thursday, May 10th at 6:00 pm through Sunday, May 13th. During this time you will still have the ability to view data and reports. MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2017 - 2018 Nonresident Student Migration data has been loaded for Michigan Schools. You can study the results in your "Student Migration" app.
WEBSITE MAINTENCE - MARCH 22-23, 2018: We are running some stress testing on the system in an active (workday) environment in order to get real time feedback on system performance and to allow us to test the security updates that have recently been incorporated. We normally do this type of work at night or over the weekend, but the need to do it with active users was critical. We apologize for any inconvenience, and "bugginess" you might experience. The end result will be stronger code that addresses the continuing threat of security breaches, especially with the addition of student data. ALABAMA SCHOOLS: The district-wide Student Enrollment counts and Free & Reduced Lunch counts have been loaded through 2018.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: 2017 FID files for every District, PSA, and ISD in Michigan have been loaded to Munetrix. The 2017 School Fiscal Indicator Scores have also been calculated for the entire state.

MICHIGAN MUNICIPALITIES: We have loaded the statewide crime data for 2016. This will populate your Crimes against Persons, Property, Society and Other.
MICHIGAN MUNICIPALITIES: In anticipation of the Dec. 1 Revenue Sharing deadline, Munetrix will be scheduling several webinars on using specific apps and features related to the compliance requirements. Email invitations will be sent to registered users. Webinars will also be listed in Resources and the webinar landing page: munetrix.com/land/webinars/. MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2017 - 2018 Public Safety Drill placeholders have been inserted for all buildings. Also, the additional Tornado placeholder drill has been inserted for all buildings identified as having Child Care in a K-12 building. A new report has been added to audit the compliance of your 2018 drills. The 2017 audit report is still available as well.
FLORIDA MUNICIPALITIES: The 2015 detailed Revenues and Expenditures have been batch loaded for all Cities, Towns, Villages and Counties in Florida. The data has been provided by the Florida Department of Treasury.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2017 REP data has been loaded. This will provide the staffing trends through 2017 and the Staffing Projections chart for 2017.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: Loaded the 2017 school enrollment by building by grade. The Enrollment Projection algorithm and chart can now project enrollments beginning in 2018. The 2022 Kindergarten projection requires the 2016 county birth rate that has yet to be released. Therefore the 2022 Kindergarten projection will be listed as N/A.
MICHIGAN: The 2016 statewide school financial detail FID files have been uploaded for every District, PSA, and ISD in Michigan. The 2016 Fiscal Scores have also been calculated. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your 2016 data, please contact us.

MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The new stated-mandated transparency group header for teacher and administrator evaluation tools has been added to the list of Transparency headers. The header is named "Educator Evaluation Systems Postings and Assurances". To upload these documents, go to My Profile > School Documents and click 'Add New'. The Transparency audit report has been updated accordingly.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: Not later than September 15 of each school year, the chief administrator of a school that operates any of grades kindergarten to 12, or his or her designee, shall provide a list of the scheduled drill days for the school buildings operated by the school, school district, intermediate school district, or public school academy to the county emergency management coordinator appointed under section 9 of the emergency management act, 1976 PA 390, MCL 30.409.
MICHIGAN SCHOOLS: The 2016 M-Step data has been loaded into the Academic Achievement DataXplorer. You can access this chart from the "Manage Buildings" app or the "Academic Achievement" link in your Premium Reports.
