Fields common to both municiplaities and schools:

Building Name: this is the common name used to idnetify the facility.

Building Code: for schools, this is the unique identifier supplied by the state departmenr of education. For municiplaities this is an optional field for local units that have identieidfied their facilities with a unique code.

Type: is a drop down pick list used to identify the building or location by type. List will vary between schools and municipalities.

County: this field is used by the Public Safety Drills app.  It used used to build a list of drills for the County Emergency Management Coordinator.

First Responder: this field is used by the Public Safety Drills app.  It used used to build a list of drills for the First Responder Emergency Management Coordinator. The drop down pick list includes a list of local first responder with the State Police generated ORI number.
