Adding Tasks to a Shared Service

Munetrix includes the ability to add project tasks to a Shared Service.

 

Task Name – this is a text box for entering the name of the task. A rule of thumb for project tasks is that they should include a noun and a verb.

Task Status – a drop down is provided to enter the current status of the task. Red, green, blue and yellow colors are applied to the tasks in the timeline Gantt charts to help identify the status of the tasks and project.
