The Drill Documentation Form is a single-page report showing all the information stored for a single drill. The form can serve as a physical paper record to be filed for each drill. It may also serve as a formal document if required by any public safety department. The form can be viewed by clicking the “View Form” link adjacent to any drill schedule.
