As mentioned previously, each Local Unit record header will have many Annual Data records; initially one record for each year of fiscal data available. At the very least, each annual year record will have;

•    a Year field that identifies the fiscal year of the data,

•    a Data Status that identifies the nature of the data (Audited, Budget, Historic, Workbook, etc.), and

•    a Scenario field that defaults to Baseline.
