The non-resident data is a data grid displaying the source data filtered for a specific Operating District. The available filters are used to limit the data for criteria that you select. When using the filters put yourself in the perspective of a specific student. The Resident District filter is used to identify the district in which the student lives. The Operating District filter then represents the district the student attends or the district receiving the state foundation allowance money for that student.
