There are two Project Detail reports; Summary and Complete Detail. The two Capital Project Detail Reports are launched from the project detail screen. The Complete Detail report prints all the information for one project including comments. The Summary report subtotals costs by year and displays the costs in a pivot table.
Optional fields that are not used will not appear on the report. Other fields will be automatically calculated and appear on the report. The project span for example will display the first and last years where costs have been entered. The Project cost will be the sum of the cost fields entered.
