Downlaod Excel file from the Arkansas Portal. The file has the Grade Levels in Columns. Truncate the MySQL temp table: “aa_ar_se_building_enrollment”. Import the Excel file into this temp table.
Use the Utilities “AR SE Building Enrollment Prep” to prep the file. If necessary there is a Select tatement that will list any new buildings. Export this list to Excel and updated the Proper School Name, Building Type ID, and Today’s Date. Import these new builsings into c_buildings.
Use the “AR SE Building Enrollment Utilities” to insert multiple columns. Make certain to change the year being imported.
