In Alabama, a district is referred to as a System. Download the data file by selecting Data Center à Public Data Reports à Enrollment by Ethnicity & Gender (System Level) à All Systems. Use the Excel format and download the file.

1.  Open the Excel file and create a new tab named “Raw Data”.

2.  Highlight from A6 to the bottom right.

3.  You need to copy and paste row toals only without detail

4.  Highlight your data-->CTL+G-->Special-->Visible Cells Only

5.  Press Control C to copy the visible cells only

6.  Paste in to cell A1 of Raw Data

7.  You may need to unmerge Cell A1

8.  Delete Column B and P.

9.  Truncate the MySQL table aa_al_enrollment.

10. Run the MySQL sxripts SE AL à SE AL Import Enrollment District Wide.
