CNA Process & Perception Surveys

Perception survey data collected by the district/school parents, students and staff. Perception data can be collected at any time during the school year. It is recommended to collect perception data in the late fall so that results can be used to identify needs and implement strategies to address those needs. Consistent surveys should be used annually to measure progress on the identified needs. It is recommended to have members of this stakeholder group review the survey for understanding prior to administering the survey.

Process survey is data collected by the district/school staff. Building leaders review each standard with their staff and determine the level of implementation rating. Staff identify strengths and challenges and incorporate strategies into the school improvement plan to institutionalize processes.
