The Emergency Preparedness Manager (EPM) is an optional module. The EPM contains a collection of records representing the dates and times that safety drills are scheduled for Fire, Severe Weather, and Security Lockdowns. The module includes several reports for analysis of the schedules and public transparency. All but the public report is hidden behind the security firewall. There are three tables required; one for each building, one for each schedules, and one for the drills themselves. The Building data is linked to the County’s Emergency Management Coordinator through the state’s ID for each County. The data is also linked to the First Responder through the standardized ORI number.
