This feature permits the user to create narratives to appear in the footer of charts and graphs.
There are three scenarios for Municipal narratives and related reports that must be dealt with when filtering for narratives and displaying data on charts and graphs.
•A specific Fund (for example; General Fund ID# 4, All Other Governmental ID# 1)
•General and All Other Governmental (this is ID# -1 this does actually exist in the Fund Table)
•All Funds
