Use the Department of Treasury portal to access the data. For the Report select County Millage Report for township, city and village millage.

1.   Download the County Millage Rate File to Excel (NOTE: the portal does not add extensions. You will need to add XLS)

2.   Open the file and delete the first row if necessary

3.   Truncate the table “aa_mi_mu_millages” and import the downloaded Excel file

4.   Run the SQL scripts found in: “MU Import Milages Utilities New Portal” but make certain to onl do the County scripts found at the beginning if the file.
