The new batch file is significantly easier to load since it is already normalized rather than a flat file with many columns. The new batch file also includes Pension and Supplementary data. There is a new set of MySQL scripts in “F65 Uploads à MU MI F65 Batch Import”.

NOTE: you may need to insert a row n the Excel file and use these Column Headers: MUNICODE, LU_NAME, LU_NAMETYPE, FY, FIELD_NAME, Category, Group, Description, Account Number, Notes, FIELD_DATA, FiscalEndMonth

NOTE: you may also need to format the amount column to remove commas and $’s.
