There are two versions of the Longevity data. For 2018 and beyond, the data is housed in the main staffing count portal. For prior years, the data is housed in the Other K-12 Data portal.

The Prior Years Longevity file is a flat file with many columns for job title and number of years. In MISchool Data navigate to Other & Data Files ❯ Data Files ❯ Additional K-12 Data Files ❯ Staffing Information ❯ Longevity. The Excel file is probably read-only and the data cells will need to be copied to a new Excel file.

1.  Truncate the MySQL staging table: “aa_mi_se_longevity”

2.  Import the Excel file into: “aa_mi_se_longevity”

3.  Run the scripts in: “SE MI Staff Longevity”
