Must archive any existing data in the Annual Data table and the Financial Detail table before uploading the records. For any existing Annual Data records that are not Workbook and not Historic must:

1.  export the Annual Data records that meet the above criteria (there is a SQL script to do this MU List to Duplicate Annual Data Records),

2.  then rename the existing records that meet this criteris to Scenario to "D".

3.  Finally import the exported records but change the Data Status to “Historic” and the Scenario “Baseline”.

The query "MU List Counties to Duplicate Annual Data Records" will provide the list. Export this list to a temporary Excel Table.

To reimport the Excel list Delete the AndID column since new ID’s will be generated. Change all Data Status to Historic and Scenario to Baseline and Date added and Date Modified to =Today(). Reimport this list.
