Non-resident Student Data Enrollment

A CSV file is downloaded from MISchoolData.org K-12^th Grade à Student Counts à Non-resident Data Status. You must apply filters for some ISD to be able to download the entire state. Select the School Year, All Grades, All Students, All Residency Statuses. Click “View Report” then click “Download/Print”. To get the current year only click “Statewide Data For Report (Cell Suppressed) as a .csv”.

Download the CSV file to: Box à Clients à aaMichigan à Schools à Nonresident à [Year] Resident_Non-Resident.csv.

In Excel:

1. Truncate and import the Excel worksheet file into the MySQL staging table: “aa_mi_se_import_nrd”.

2. Run the SQL scripts in: SE MI Nonresident Utilities
