These steps will create a unique list of Fund Codes specific to this local unit.

1.  Create a new tab named Fund Codes

2.  Filter the trial balance on Column A where text begins with “Fund “

3.  Copy list of fund codes and descriptions to FundCodes A2 Paste Special Values only.

4.  Insert 3 columns to the left of Column A

5.  Name the columns: LfcMunID, LfcFtsID, LfcCode, Source, LfcName, Skip1

6.  Column A = local unit’s MunID

7.  Column C =RIGHT(LEFT(D2,8),3)

8.  Column B 106. NOTE: This ID is a placeholder for Other Governemntal Funds and the record will be properly tagged once in Munetrix.

9.  Column G =RIGHT(D2,LEN(D2)-11)

10. Column F =PROPER(G2).

11. Import FundCodes into the MySQL tbale named “c_lufundcodes” and then tag the Funds from the local unit home page in Munetrix
