These steps will create a list of Revenue Codes to be imported into the MySQL table named: c_lucostcenters.

1.  Create a new worksheet titled: RevenueCodes

2.  Filter RawData on Column K = Revenues

3.  Copy Codes in Column J to N (including last row of Revenue data) and paste into RevenueCodes A2

4.  Delete columns B, C and D from the RevenueCodes worksheet

5.  With all the codes highlighted slect Data – Remove Duplicates Column A only (this will give you a uniqur list ov Revenue Codes

6.  Insert 3 columns to the left of Column A

7.  Name the Columns: LccMunID, LccSscID, LccSection, LccCode, Source, LccDescription, LccStateCode

8.  Populate Column A with the MunID

9.  Populate Column B with 115 (this is Miscellaneous Revenue)

10. Populate Column C with “Revenues”

11. Populate Column F with: =PROPER(E2).

12. Populate Column G with “MI”

13. Try to populate Column F with unique names for each line item.
