These steps will create a list of SOP Codes to be imported into the MySQL table named: c_lucostcenters.

1.  Create a new worksheet titled: SOPCodes

2.  Filter RawData on Column L = SOP

3.  Copy Codes in Column J – N and paste into SOPCodes A2

4.  Delete Columns B, C and D.

5.  With all the codes highlighted slect Data – Remove Duplicates Column A only (this will give you a uniqur list of SOP Codes

6.  Insert 3 columns to the left of Column A

7.  Name the Columns: LccMunID, LccSscID, LccSection, LccCode, Source, LccDescription, LccStateCode  

8.  Populate Column A with the MunID

9.  Filter Column E Source Description for containing “Fund Balance” and populate Column B with 440 for Nonspendable, 441 Restricted, 442 Committed. The rest make 439.

10. Populate Column C with “SOP”.

11. Populate Column F with =Trim(Proper(E2)).

12. Populate Column G with “MI”

13. Try to populate Column F with unique names for each line item

14. By filtering on column J Account String, delete any row that does not have a complete Chart of Accounts account number
