There is a stored custom function that calculates SLO pretest group IDs (s_slostudentgroups:SsgID). There is a stored custom function (calcSLOBandID) that when included in an update SQL script will return a pretest grouping ID for placing students into one of those groupings (s_slo:SloSsgID).
