The 3-year comparison report will display three years of fiscal data but a single column for each year. The data included for each column will be determined by the filter that was applied to the Annual Data Page. For example, if the filter is displaying General Fund only then the 3-year Comparison report will only include General Funds. The right-most column will be determined by which year you drilled down on. For example, if you launch the report from 2014, the report will display 2012 – 2014.
Hiding Workbook columns: You may not want Workbook records to appear in your comparison reports. If you drill down on a year that has a Data Status of Workbook, the Workbook years will appear in the report. If you drill down on any other type of data status year, the Workbooks will be hidden.
