The Capital Projects Defaults tab provides an area to store information about the local unit’s reporting preferences. This record cannot be added to deleted; only edited. Many of the cost reports pivot the cost data into columns by fiscal year. The Report Year Default fields remember the preferred beginning year and ending year for those reports.

Report Begin Year: When printing cost reports with the fiscal years pivoted into columns, this value will determine the first column.

Report End Year: When printing cost reports with the fiscal years pivoted into columns, this value will determine the last column.
