The data that appears for each Fiscal Year on your home page comes from the section titled Indicator Score Data. This data is stored in a different table than the Base Budget data. When you upload a School FID file or Municipal F65, the Indicator Score data is automatically refreshed and the score recalculated to reflect the data from the FID or F65.
When the Base Budget data is loaded manually, the Indicator Score data is NOT automatically refreshed. When you drill down to 2014 or 2015 for example, you will see a section on the left side titled "Indicator Score". There is a red link "Edit Fiscal Indicator Data" where you can update your Home Page Annual Data to match the Base Budget you have entered.
As an alternative, the Refresh Home Page button will simplify the process of synchronizing your Home Page Indicator Score data with the Base Budget detail. The update will be based on the General Fund Values of your detailed budget data. When you are satisfied with the Base Budget data you have entered, click the Refresh Home Page button to update your Home Page data.
