The NWEA composite data is self-uploaded by the district. The file can be loaded by Test Term. Although a record is loaded for each student, the student name and id number fields are ignored and not uploaded into the Munetrix database.
The NWEA upload dialog box is used to identify which school year is being uploaded. If an existing Test Term is uploaded for a year that is already in existence, the existing data will be deleted and replaced with the incoming data set. In other words, the School Year and Test Term name make for a unique set of data.
