2020 YTD Actuals :  Current Fund Equity is reflective of Financial Statements as of  3/31/20.  It is important to note that MAPS receives the largest portion of its revenue earlier in the fiscal year.  Therefore, our fund equity appears larger throughout the year.   When the final entries are made at fiscal year end (6/30/20), revenues and expenditures are at 100% complete. 

2019 YTD Actuals : Current Fund Equity is reflective of Financial Statements as of  6/30/19. 

Why it Matters: This algorithm is used by the State Department of Treasury in some states to calculate Fund Balance as a Percent of Unrestricted Revenues. Fund Balance is General Fund only and Major Class = 7xx. Revenues is calculated as General Fund only and Major Class = 1xx (local), 2xx (other), 311, 316, 318 (state unrestricted), 411, 412, 416, 418, 419 (federal unrestricted), 51x and 52x (other districts).
