Keeping track of issues and properly planning for projects with the
ProjectTracker (PT) is the best way to stay organized. Sometimes referred to as
a simplified version of MS Project, monitoring open tasks and/or long-term
projects has never been easier than with the ProjectTracker. The ProjectTracker
is a counterpart to the Capital Improvement Manager (CIP). While the CIP tracks costs
associated with a project, the PT tracks the beginning date, ending date, person
responsible, and status of tasks. For more information about the CIP see, Capital Improvement
Manager.
