The PSD includes four types of reports;
2. Schedule Analysis - a tool used by the Public Safety Editor to analyze if each building’s schedule of drills meets the legislative requirements.
3. Schedule Listing - or logbook, is the method used to display the list of completed drills. This is a data grid that can be filtered and exported to CSV or iCal format for importing into calendar programs.
4. Public Logs - is the method used to display the list of completed drills. This is the only part of the PSD module that is available to the public.
In addition, these reports can be displayed at the County level, Intermediate School District level, PSA Management Company Level, School District or PSA level, and the Building level. The table below identifies the availability of each report type. In addition, editing rights must be approved by the district at each level of reporting.
