The millage data portal has changed from previous years. Currently, the Treasury download only provides millages for local units specifically and ignores countywide millages. For this reason, two loads will be required. One for Local Units and one for Counties.

1. Use the Guest Login
2. From the menu on the left select Review Reports.
3. For the Category select Excel Exports.
4. For the Report select Local Unit Millage Report for township, city and village millage.
5. For the Tax Year select the desired tax year. The first tax year in this system was 2015.
6. Run the SQL scripts in “MU Import Milages Utilities New Portal”.
7. Refresh the Tableau Public chart Municipal Millage Rates
